Our gingerbread factory has been located in Mödling since 1807. Since then, we have been lovingly handcrafting our gingerbread according to family recipes handed down to us.

Our assortment comprises more than 48 different types of gingerbread and ranges from classic honey gingerbread with candied fruit, chocolate and nuts to filled gingerbread specialties with various marzipan compositions or fruity fillings.

You will also find a suitable gift for your loved ones at Easter or for Mother's and Father's Day. At Advent, we expand our range with Santa Clauses, Krampus, angels and stars, followed by lucky fish and lucky charms for the New Year. We will be happy to fill one of our beautiful gingerbread tins according to your wishes.

With a great deal of passion and love for the craft, we continue an old tradition to this day - many a piece of furniture in our store bears witness to days long past.
