Susis Pflanzentausch

In a romantic natural garden setting under an old walnut tree, countless plants of all kinds (herbs, flowers, perennials, fruit, vegetables and houseplants) are available for exchange at Susi's plant exchange from April to October. Visitors can swap them for the cuttings they have brought with them or buy them for a donation.

The approx. 550 m² nature garden is located on the outskirts of Schöngrabern and offers a colorful and magnificent variety of fragrant herbs, lush flowering perennials and shrubs, vegetables and fruit plants that harmonize naturally. This idyll is framed and enriched by lovingly woven garden art objects such as twisted willow balls, creative fence elements, a willow house and many other wickerworks to discover.
And then there is the home-made, rustic clay oven to marvel at, which is often heated during events and produces deliciously crusty bread. Susi Mitas is happy to pass on her enthusiasm for natural gardening and creative work and is convinced: "Gardening makes you happy!!!"
