Originally one of the largest vicarages in the country
The old parish residence in Oberndorf near Raabs has its historical roots in the 13th century. The "Lindenhof" was completely renovated in the course of the Lower Austrian Provincial Exhibition 2009.
Its upper floor now serves as an inspiring exhibition space for the Raum für Kunst im Lindenhof. Artistic director Franz Part focuses on contemporary art and modern art. Established Austrian artists are presented here as well as the avant-garde art of the 20th century.
The Lindenhof Gallery has been located on the first floor since 2009. Several exhibitions focusing on sculpture and sculpture art are held here each year. Most of the rooms and outdoor areas in the Lindenhof can also be rented. They are ideal for private parties and celebrations, birthdays, weddings, lectures, cultural events, exhibitions, vernissages and much more.
