Bauer Biohof

Since the beginning of 2023, I, Simon Bauer, have been passionately running my own small organic farm with fruit and wine growing in Getzersdorf in the Traisental wine region in Lower Austria.

With the support of my family, I cultivate several beautiful, old and productive vineyards and orchards.

Our vineyards are located between Getzersdorf and Herzogenburg, the vines are 100% organically farmed,

At the end of the season, the grapes are harvested by hand and processed directly on our own farm. Our trees are cultivated 100% organically, and even partially left in their natural state (without the use of pesticides).
