The Schalhas Koglmühle family business is dedicated to pig farming. With around 20 hectares of arable land and 2 hectares of forest, the Mostviertel-based company combines rearing, fattening, processing and marketing. The focus is on natural feeding, a closed production chain and modern animal husbandry. The multi-award-winning meat and sausage products are sold ex-farm, at markets and via regional sales partners.
