Neusiedl an der Zaya: experiences for young and old

The unique Weinviertel Diagonal art route connects twelve communities with a wide variety of contemporary art elements - in addition to Grafenegg, Tulln, Hagenbrunn, Enzersfeld, Leobendorf, Harmannsdorf, Fallbach, Mistelbach, Gaweinstal, Poysdorf and Herrnbaumgarten, Neusiedl an der Zaya is also included.

Here, the "Feuerland Sculptures" invite you to look and marvel: The works of art made of wood, iron and stone were created by seven highly acclaimed artists - and exhibited in historic lattice towers from the 1950s.

The oil fields of Neusiedl are also fascinating: here you can marvel at some of the last remaining oil derricks in Austria. The historic, impressive area is often used as a backdrop for films, series and videos.
