A beautiful, challenging cycling route that starts in the Czech border town of Mikulov and crosses the Weinviertel up to Deutsch-Wagram.
Popis
The route starts at the train station in Mikulov and is considered a direct connection between the wine towns of Mikulov and Poysdorf. From Poysdorf, the route continues via Prinzendorf to Zistersdorf. In this distinctive wind turbine area, the route leads along a former railway trail southwards to Loidesthal and Erpress and passes through Niedersulz. The MAMUZ museum village there invites you to visit. The route continues via Hohenruppersdorf, Bad Pirawarth through typical oil and gas producing villages such as Auersthal, Bockfliess, and Großengersdorf. Cycling route 91 ends in Deutsch-Wagram, where you can catch a train or continue directly onto the Marchfeld Canal route.

The Route 91 is only signposted from the border crossing at Drasenhofen. The cycle route 91 runs along the typical lightly trafficked Weinviertel agricultural paths, most of which are asphalted.
