Our guest rooms (room/breakfast) are available for travelers all year round. The guest rooms are located in the pinball museum and are each dedicated to pinball themes and designed accordingly. Our guests can also play some of the pinball machines on display during their stay on weekdays.
At the Lichtenau Pinball Museum you can experience the history of "D. Gottlieb", one of the largest pinball machine manufacturers from 1931 to 1996. Over 100 exhibited pinball machines show the development from the mechanical table model to the fully electronic 4-player. Some of the exhibition pinball machines can be played.
Our museum is the largest pinball museum officially open to the public in Austria.
The pinball museum is open every Sunday from May to August from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. The pinball museum can also be visited on weekdays and during the winter break by prior arrangement.
The museum café opened at the same time as the museum. The cozy coffee house with lots of ambience has 16 seats in the dining room and a sidewalk seating area with another 20 seats. From May to August, soft ice cream specialties are offered when the weather is nice. The museum and museum café can be booked all year round for private events, birthday parties, etc.
