Starting from the Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten, the circular hike first leads through vineyards, meadows, fields, and forests north of Schiltern. There are always beautiful views of the garden village and surroundings. On the return through the garden village, the route passes interesting spots such as the ARCHE NOAH show garden, Schloss Schiltern, or the cellar lane Schiltern.

Follow Laabergstraße north from the Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten. At the intersection (large linden tree) keep right. Cross Untere Straße at the village end and follow the gravel road past the Urbani statue for about 850 m. Shortly before the "Breitenfeldkreuz" turn left and after another 850 m at the "Red Cross" turn left again. After about 650 m cross the paved road and immediately turn right onto a meadow path.

At the Priesner Kreuz by the large acacia tree, turn right and follow the gravel road. After about 800 m keep left and follow a small meadow path uphill about 300 m through a maple forest. At the top keep left at the fork. Now follow the path between forest and fields for about 600 m. At the intersection turn left and follow the gravel road about 700 m back into the village area of Schiltern.

At the village sign turn left and follow Obere Straße. At Schloss Schiltern turn right into Kronsegger Straße and after 150 m turn left. Follow Schlossweg about 850 m to the cellar lane. It goes slightly downhill through the cellar lane. At the lower end turn left. After about 250 m turn right into Karglstraße. At the next intersection turn left into Laabergstraße and follow the road back to the starting point at the Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten.
