Altpölla is one of the oldest villages in the Waldviertel. In our inn you can feel the traditional atmosphere and enjoy Waldviertel home cooking.

To share the beautiful impressions with your friends and acquaintances immediately, simply bring your laptop, MacBook or tablet and surf our W-LAN for free!

Of course, there is also parking for convertibles, motorcycles or vintage cars under cover in the lockable courtyard.

There are various excursion possibilities and activities for culture and nature lovers in the region.

The proximity to the Kamp reservoirs or our forest pond offers the best opportunity to go swimming or fishing. The Ottenstein reservoir offers a wide range of action, sport and recreation. You can also visit the Dobra and Thurnberg reservoirs for swimming and relaxing.

In the village you can visit the Romanesque church with its Gothic high altar; Altenburg Abbey and Greillenstein Castle are also just a few kilometers away.

We also offer various package deals throughout the year with a range of leisure activities (hiking, horse riding, snowshoeing, fishing and cycling), which you can find on our website.

We also have our own campsite near the fish pond at the end of Altpölla for € 2.50 per person per day.

You can also purchase agricultural products from us, such as linseed and clover seed.
