Trasa dlouhá 113 kilometrů s převýšením 910 metrů vede krásným podhůřím Melkských Alp. Zvlněné kopce a rozlehlá pole tohoto regionu jsou zárukou pestrého cyklistického zážitku. Zvláštním vrcholem je impozantní opatství Melk, které se majestátně tyčí nad Dunajem a nabízí nezapomenutelný výhled. Dalším klenotem na trase je výstup na hrad Osterburg, který máte obvykle jen pro sebe. Půvabné vesničky v údolí Texingtal, jako jsou Mank, Kilb a St. Leonhard am Forst, zvou ke krátkému odpočinku.

St. Pölten is easily accessible by train via ÖBB and Westbahn. The main train station in St. Pölten is only a few minutes’ bike ride from the start and end point.
