Johannes Friedberger's organic vineyard is located on the gentle to steep slopes of the Bisamberg, where around 5 hectares of vineyards are cultivated. Various varieties such as Grüne Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller as well as the blue varieties Blauer Zweigelt, Roesler, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muskat bleu thrive here. The soils, mainly sandy loam and sandstone with varying amounts of stone and clay, offer ideal conditions for viticulture. The vineyards are cultivated with the utmost care, taking into account the natural environment and beneficial insects. Because only a healthy, well-tended vineyard can produce high-quality grapes. The quality-oriented family business is committed to producing the best possible white and red wines. Yield-reducing and health-promoting measures are indispensable in the vineyard throughout the year.
