The vineyards are located in the best, sunniest vineyards in and around Langenlois.Careful work in the vineyard, hand-picking and gentle grape processing make it possible to bring the quality achieved in the vineyard to the cellar every year. The careful use of natural resources has always been a major concern of the winery. For this reason, the entire operation was converted to organic and vegan processing years ago. You can enjoy a glass of Grillmaier wine in their own wine tavern or directly at the winery.
