For some, it is a welcome stop along the Danube cycle path, for others it is the actual destination of their cycling trip. Regardless of which end you cycle through the national park from, many also pass by Eckartsau Castle, which lies halfway between Vienna and Bratislava. There is always a free hammock or deckchair for a little rest in the secluded castle park, and if you like, you can grab a refreshment in the café. Many also explore the eventful history of the house or visit one of the freely accessible exhibitions.

The bikes can not only be parked there. There are also boxes for storing luggage and charging bike batteries. There is also a repair and maintenance corner with compressed air and tools. You only need to bring the service personnel with you or you can grab a wrench and pliers yourself.
