Fleischerei Girsch

A small but fine butcher's shop with a focus on smoking and smoked meats. The small family business has been run for several generations. The business is energy self-sufficient, the wood for the smoking chambers comes from our own forest and the necessary electricity is generated by our photovoltaic system. The first half of the week is spent in production. This starts with the meat cutting (meat only from Lower Austria, of course) and ends with the sausage making, in between our smoked meat chamber is filled around the clock and the fire is stoked. From Thursday to Saturday, everything we produce is sold.
