In the Höller family's gourmet workshop, the range extends from classic sausage and ham varieties to regional meat specialties for the grill and pan, as well as seasonal products such as lamb, pasture-raised goose, organic turkey and game. But the very specialty is the "Bucklberger", a specially created meat sausage with parsley and fennel. It is a flavorful portrait of the Bucklige Welt, so to speak.

In 2024, the store was redesigned and equipped with a self-service system, allowing the opening hours to be extended to include Sundays. Personal advice and service are still offered from Monday to Saturday.
Outside of staffed hours, the store can be entered by scanning an ATM or credit card. Payment at the self-service checkout can be made in cash or by card.
