Daniel and Melitta prepare menus in a glass in organic quality. GAIA offers culinary dishes with a sustainability factor.
The two place particular emphasis on the ecological footprint of the food they use and how it is processed.
Sustainability is also reflected in the packaging. All dishes are sold exclusively in the familiar REX GLASS with a deposit system.
In this way, the good old values are combined with a new way of life.
We have made a conscious decision to PASTEURIZE our jars. This gentle method of preservation preserves nutrients, taste, color and consistency better. However, unlike sterilized cooked food, the jar must be stored in the refrigerator.
The selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes is large and varied, but classics such as braised beef cheeks or creamy veal goulash also find their way into the jar.

  All these dishes are offered ready-made with a side dish in a jar. In order not to miss the weekly changing menu, we recommend subscribing to the menu newsletter
• 2. choose from the GAIA PRE-ORDER and pick up on site in Allhartsberg during the specified opening hours.
