Fresh and direct! In the Müchhitt'n in front of the Winkler family's organic farm in Krumbach, you can taste to your heart's content. Not only can you find delicious fresh organic milk, exquisite natural and fruit yoghurts, curd cheese, cream cheese, grilled cheese, salad cheese, spreads from the farm's own production, eggs from their colorful flock of chickens and farm-grown potatoes, but also, for example, game products, homemade jams and much more from partner farms. You can even buy frozen pasture-raised ox meat from the Winkler family's Ransdorfer Hof farm at short notice and around the clock.

The high-quality meat from the Ransdorfer pasture-fed oxen, which are fed with plenty of grass and hay, can also be bought fresh on certain marketing days if ordered in advance.
