Simone Schuckert has been interested in vinegar for a long time - and as a winegrower, what could be more obvious than fermenting their own quality wine?
However, it is not only her wine that is turned into vinegar, but also the apricots and sour cherries she grows. The herbs from the garden are also prepared with vinegar, resulting in tasty herbal vinegars that make you dream of the warm season all year round.
Since mustard is also cultivated, it was literally obvious for Simone Schuckert to make mustard too.
She combines her mustard with various fruits, which gives it a special flavor.
