Spielplatz in Pyhra

The playground is next to the school away from the road and has a huge green area. It offers various play and gymnastics equipment for children of all ages. There is even a reading corner with games and books to borrow to keep them occupied on site. Adjacent to the playground is a soccer pitch/basketball court. For the little ones there are various swings, a climbing tower with slide and tunnel as well as a large sandpit with a watercourse - great for splashing around in the sand and a sit-and-shovel excavator. There is also a large balancing facility, an adventurous dragon's den and plenty of space to run around. There are also plenty of shady trees and seating. There are plenty of parking spaces around the playground and there are fences to secure the playground so that small children cannot run off straight away. There is also a range of nature information about trees and plants on site.
