Wein- und Sektkellerei Schober is a family business with a vineyard area of 4 hectares. Here, great importance is attached to healthy grapes and a moderate yield in order to be able to press beautiful wines again and again. This is achieved through seasonal foliage work and grape thinning, which ensures optimal ripeness of the grapes. The focus of production is on fruity white wines, including Grüne Veltliner as a regional Weinviertel DAC. Rivaner, Roter Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and red wines such as Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch complete the range. A special highlight is the winery's own sparkling wine OBELISK, which is produced from Veltliner grapes according to the Méthode Traditionelle. In addition to visits to the winery, events are also offered and home deliveries are available on specified dates.
