The Groll family has been growing grapes since 1796 and currently owns around 10 hectares of vineyards. The experience passed down through the generations combined with modern cellar technology is a guarantee for the quality of the wines. As a family business, the Groll's have the opportunity to control and steer the development of the wines from planting the vines to harvesting and bottling. The diversity of the soil, which ranges from mighty loess and weathered gneiss soils to crystalline primary rock, ensures that each variety grows in the right location and can therefore develop its full varietal character. In addition to the work in the vineyard, the main task is the work in the cellar.
