The Schmid family's vineyard is a renowned winery that cultivates around 6 hectares of vineyards in Ollersdorf and Ebenthal. The vineyards thrive on shallow loess soils and are home to a wide range of varieties, including Grüne Veltliner, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Muskat Ottonel, Traminer, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauburger. These wines are bottled as single varietals and also as cuvees. Weinbau Peter Schmid is known for his wine presentations and tastings, which take place in a cozy cellar parlor in Ebenthal.
