Weinbau Schneider

Weinbau Schneider is a traditional family business that was founded in 1953 and is located amidst rolling hills in Niederrußbach, the largest wine-growing community in the district of Korneuburg. Today, the business is run by the third generation and viticulture is run as a sideline, with the whole family traditionally helping out. Great importance is attached to environmentally and plant-friendly working methods in order to work hand in hand with nature. Targeted foliage work is used to balance out the sunlight on the grapes. Multiple manual harvesting passes ensure optimal, physiologically ripe grape material. In the cellar, the grapes are further processed according to variety and ageing method and fermented and matured in classic wooden barrels or modern stainless steel tanks.
