The winery Ing. Johannes Mold is located in Kiblitz, an idyllic place in the heart of the Weinviertel. Around 30,000 vines are cultivated here under the environmentally friendly measures of controlled integrated production (KIP). The estate's wines are characterized by the three cornerstones of winegrowers, soil and climate. This interplay results in finely structured, elegant and varietally typical wines that convey joie de vivre and sustainability. The focus is on natural viticulture, whereby the selection of vineyards in combination with barren soil forms plays a special role. In the south-west of the Weinviertel, wines that are delicately fruity, finely nuanced and elegant are pressed with the help of contemporary vinification methods. The estate's wines are uncomplicated and invite you to enjoy a second sip or glass. The annual consistency of the wines is another trademark of the winery.
