Weingut Martinshof

The Martinshof winery has been producing high-quality wines since 1985. Over the years, it became apparent that, despite constant improvements, the wines showed a certain uniformity. This realization led to a reorientation of wine production. The conviction that sustainable improvements come primarily from the vineyard led to an intensive concentration on this area. The soil in particular was brought into focus, as it provides everything the plant needs to grow excellent grapes. A start was made on improving the greening and aeration of the soil in order to encourage more living organisms in the soil and achieve greater plant diversity. Fertilization was adjusted to give the vineyards more to offer and increase their performance. The result of these efforts are wines that are lighter in alcohol but fuller in flavor. They are full-bodied, but not opulent. The Martinshof winery thus offers a unique wine experience, achieved through sustainable and conscious wine production.
