Weingut Schubert

The Schubert winery is located in Paasdorf and covers over 3 hectares of vineyards. In addition to Grüne Veltliner, varieties such as Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller, Chardonnay, Traminer, Zweigelt and Merlot also thrive here. The Grüner Veltliner of the Weinviertel, also known as Weinviertel DAC, is particularly noteworthy and is appreciated far beyond Austria's borders. The utmost care in the vineyard, careful selection of the grapes and gentle processing in the cellar are the top priorities of this winery. With the aim of bringing out the quality of the wines through natural viticulture and gentle vinification, expressive wines with a personal character are created here.
