The wine tavern opens several times a year and offers its guests not only classic Wachau delicacies but also seasonal delicacies prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. The loving preparation and warm hospitality make every visit a special experience.

Guests can not only enjoy regional specialties in the wine tavern, but also taste the house wines. Winzerhof Mörtinger cultivates 3 hectares of vineyards, including 1 hectare on steep terraces. Wines such as Grüne Veltliner, Riesling and Müller Thurgau, which reflect the special quality and unique terroir character of the Wachau, are produced with a great deal of passion and craftsmanship.

As a member of the Wachau winegrowers' association "Vinea Wachau Nobilis Districtus", the wines are vinified according to the strict rules of the "Codex Wachau". The winery attaches great importance to sustainability and is certified accordingly.
