A highlight for adventure seekers, families and team events:
Escape Wachau is a unique outdoor escape puzzle experience along historical locations in Krems an der Donau. Far away from classic rooms, the Wachau with its historical locations and legends becomes an interactive playing field.
The puzzle "The Treasure of Krems" is available for small groups (recommended group size of approx. 5 players) and also in the team event version (up to 50 people can compete against each other at the same time). The latter is aimed at companies and clubs and is ideal for promoting communication, cooperation and team spirit.
In the puzzle tour, which lasts around 1.5 hours, the players start at the Steiner Tor in Krems. Accompanied by smartphones, they explore around 4 km of the old town, solve mystical puzzles and discover secret places. The players are guided from place to place via a web application and are therefore not tied to a fixed start time.
The initiators are the four Wachau residents Doris, Markus, Daniel and Katharina. After countless visits to escape rooms, they had the idea of transforming their home into a large-scale puzzle experience. "Every puzzle is designed with a lot of love," they say, "with the aim of bringing people together and experiencing the fascination of the Wachau in a new way."
