Vacation apartment in the countryside close to the city
The Waldviertel - the perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet and leisure junkies. They like to advertise with the slogan "Where we are, is up". It combines relaxation in the countryside and rural idyll with exciting excursion destinations near the district town of Gmünd.
Are you planning a weekend getaway, a hiking and wellness vacation or a sabbatical in the countryside? Are you dreaming of a home office far away from the hustle and bustle of the city? We offer a pleasant atmosphere in our light-flooded vacation apartment. You will find peace and relaxation with us and yet remain close to the small town.
Our vacation apartment, completed in 2021, offers 55 m² of space for up to 4 people at a price of 36.00 per day and person for a minimum of 3 nights.
Area 1: Living and sleeping
The bedroom has a double bed and a sliding-door wardrobe ready for you. Relax on the couch or use it as an additional sleeping option for two people.
Area 2: Working
Use the living area as a modern home office with an excellent fiber optic internet connection.
Area 3: Kitchen and balcony
The fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area leaves nothing to be desired for carefree cooking and enjoyment. The sunny balcony faces west and offers a wonderful view of the Lainsitztal valley.
Area 4: Sanitary facilities
Large comfort shower with washroom - and the WC is a separate room.
