Kreuzberg Kleinschweinbarth

Vyhlídka

Popis

The Kreuzberg stands out in the gently rolling hills of the Weinviertel with its height of 337m.

From the summit, you have a magnificent panoramic view of the neighboring Czech Republic, the surrounding communities of Drasenhofen, Kleinschweinbarth and Steinebrunn. The Falkenstein ruins can also be seen. The view of the Czech border town of Nikolsburg (Mikulov) is particularly impressive.

The South Moravians erected several memorials on the mountain.

The South Moravian Cross is located at the summit of the Kreuzberg, and there are further monuments in a small square slightly below.

The Kleinschweinbarth hunting society has also erected a chapel in honor of its patron saint.

The Hubertus Chapel is located on the south side of the mountain.
