Our house is located on the edge of the Blockheide/Malerwinkel Nature Park and the Lainsitzniederung nature reserve, which also includes the water buffalo pasture.
Directly behind the guesthouse you will find the main hiking trail to the center of the nature park with an observation tower. In a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of the old town of Gmünd. The Sole-Felsen-Bad can also be reached by car in 10 minutes. Discounted admission tickets are available to our guests.
The idyllic house was built in 1967 with the idea of running a guest house. However, the owner at the time did not realize the plan. In spring 2024, all rooms were renovated and brought up to date.
Our rooms are equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, shower/WC/hairdryer and comfortable furniture. Two of our five rooms also have a spacious balcony with a view of the countryside. Another room has a separate children's room, making it perfect for families.
The private parking spaces and storage facilities for bicycles are available to our guests free of charge.

We charge € 9.00 per stay for the final cleaning.
