Radlerhof Kienesberger - your friendly apricot farm in the Wachau region
Situated at the foot of the legendary Aggstein castle ruins, directly on the picturesque Danube, Radlerhof Kienesberger is the ideal place for cyclists and connoisseurs to stay.
The traditional farm, run by the Kaufmann family, has three cozy double rooms and one family-friendly room - each with shower/WC, some with balcony. All rooms offer an impressive view of the Danube and the castle ruins. After an eventful tour, guests can look forward to a rich breakfast with the farm's own apricot products - jam, nectar and brandies included.
Own production & enjoyment on site
The farm focuses on the cultivation of Wachau apricots. The farm's own products such as jam, nectar, cider, apple juice and award-winning brandies made from apricots, bacon pears, quince and more are available to sample in the cozy parlor.
Top location for cyclists & nature lovers
The famous Danube cycle path from Passau to Vienna runs right past the farm - ideal for stopovers or longer stays. The surrounding area offers hiking trails, bike rental, sunbathing lawn and lots of nature enjoyment in the middle of the Wachau.
Familiar ambience & facilities
