Stadtmuseum Purkersdorf

The Purkersdorf City Museum is located in several rooms of the castle. A significant part of the exhibition is dedicated to the artists Hildegard Jone, Josef Humplik and Horst Aschermann. Several works by Horst Aschermann are displayed in public spaces in Purkersdorf (e.g. Fridolin Fountain on Unterer Hauptplatz).

Another focus is the presentation of topics from Purkersdorf's history with texts, pictures and photos.
