The family-run bed and breakfast Haus Barbara is idyllically located directly on the Danube cycle path in the center of Pöchlarn - ideal for cyclists, cultural travelers and nature lovers. The central yet quiet location offers convenient connections and direct access to the Danube and the medieval town center of the Nibelungenstadt.
With nine individually designed rooms (single rooms to four-bed rooms), the guesthouse offers space for up to 22 guests. Most of the rooms are situated in the garden and are equipped with modern facilities such as shower/WC, LCD TV, hairdryer, sitting area and satellite TV. Some rooms have air conditioning or a ceiling fan. Free WLAN is available in all rooms.
The extensive breakfast buffet is very popular - it is also available gluten-free on request. It lays the foundation for a successful start to the day.
A practical highlight is the locked bike room, where bikes can be stored safely and dry - particularly appreciated by cyclists. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Small pets are also welcome by prior arrangement.
