Tato trasa vhodná pro rodiny s dětmi začíná u hradu Eckartsau a vede na jih přes Au na Dunajskou cyklostezku (EV6). Na kole ujedete přibližně 6 km směrem na západ až na křižovatku Orth/Dunaj. Odtud odbočte vpravo na Orth, projeďte na kole kolem zámku a centra Národního parku a poté se málo frekventovanými zemědělskými cestami vraťte zpět do Eckartsau. Zámky Eckartsau a Orth doporučujeme jako tipy na výlet.

Starting from Schloss Eckartsau, the route leads westwards along the Danube Cycle Path (Euro Velo 6) through the Donau-Auen National Park to Schloss Orth. On an area of 9,600 ha, the last large river floodplain landscape of Central Europe stretches here – an impressive natural area and the perfect backdrop for this leisurely family route. From Schloss Orth, you return to the starting point via field paths. At both castles, nature-oriented playgrounds invite you to linger and explore.
