The focus of the food and drinks on offer is on the use of regional products from the Alpine Mostviertel and Mariazellerland.
The menu is based on seasonal and regional availability.

Benjamin Mathias Fluch, the new tenant of the regional kitchen, has gained international experience in the event industry and the hotel and restaurant sector during his career as a chef and certified master chef. After long stays abroad and years of working in Vorarlberg, he has now returned to his homeland.

The regional kitchen will continue to be run as a self-service restaurant. As an experienced event caterer, Benjamin will also use the Ötscher Basis for events all year round. Seminars, group excursions, company events and music events, to name just a few of the possibilities in the regional kitchen, are individually tailored to the customer.
