A touch of America is blowing through the Danube harbor in Ybbs. The DaSmoker restaurant invites you to enjoy a Texas- and Memphis-style barbecue. In addition to meat and vegetables from the region and homemade sauces without food additives, Daniel Kerndler also offers a range of desserts. The restaurant is open every week on Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am, catering from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday it is only open for special events.
Daniel Kerndler promises a BBQ experience far removed from the normal inn with roast pork and schnitzel. There is only a small menu on offer and it is very much in the style of Texas Memphis barbecue. The restaurant is run in the American style. In addition to beef and burgers, the menu also includes mac & cheese and hot dogs.
