Culinary art is teamwork.

This is how the brothers Hager Matthias and Hager Hermann (owners) invented their very specific pleasure paradise, the Weinbeisserei. As lovingly as Matthias devotes himself to viticulture and its culture, Hermann is just as obsessed as a chef and connoisseur.

The Lisl Wagner-Bacher student has extensive years of training and travel behind him, having previously cooked for several seasons between Puerto Rico and Krems. His "roots" in the vineyard kept his curiosity for local and international wines alive, and he always cooked to match the wine. On his travels around the world, he not only gathered culinary experience, but also fine wines.

Hermann Hager gets to the heart of the interplay between plate and cellar in the Weinbeisserei.
