The "HOLZINGER" has existed as an inn and restaurant since 1959 and has a long tradition of good home cooking with special delicacies.

Our philosophy of enjoyment can be explained in a few simple words:
With our offerings from the kitchen and cellar, we do justice to society's ever-increasing awareness of the origin of the food we use.

Regional and sustainable cuisine are not just buzzwords, we live this kitchen philosophy every day. We mainly use products from the GENUSSREGIONEN ÖSTERREICH as well as produce from selected organic farmers and producers.

The Kaiserstube is available for celebrations of all kinds, such as Christmas parties, birthdays, weddings, christenings, etc. Your event from 5 to 80 people is possible in the house. Should the premises be too small for your event, we will be happy to help you out with our extensive catering service.

The family meal at the Holzinger
In addition to the regular BIO restaurant service, we are offering you something completely new from October 18, 2018!

We have spent a long time working and planning, renovating, finding organic food and producers to finally offer you an appealing new form of family dinner in the "historic" part of our house.

The special procedure
When you reserve your table, you tell us your choice of food, the number of people, the age of the children, the desired child seats and your time slot. We will then set your family table for you, tailored to your needs.

The soup is served in a tureen, followed by the main course and dessert on platters and in bowls. A family member takes care of the distribution, as is customary at a traditional family meal. Everyone takes as much or as little as they like - just like at home, only you don't have the "economy" :)

What's for dinner?

100% ORGANIC beef soup served in a tureen with root vegetables and pancakes, semolina dumplings or baked peas

Main courses - 3 choices served on platters

• 100% tender organic roast pork, roasted at low temperature, with crispy crust, gravy, napkin dumplings, sauerkraut and vegetables (broccoli, carrots or peas)
• Viennese baked variation with small Wiener schnitzels, turkey strips in sesame, baked vegetables with tartar sauce, parsley potatoes, rice or French fries and potato salad
• Hearty organic grilled chicken with bread stuffing, gravy, rice, peas and lamb's lettuce

Dessert
Variation of pancakes with "only" sugar, jam and chocolate-nut pancakes
