It has a fan base like a pop star: the golden yellow Original Waldviertler Mohnzuzler. And now it even has its own bakery.
Austria's first Mohnzuzler grocery store can be found in the Ehrenberger spa confectionery in the poppy seed-rich Waldviertel in Gars am Kamp. In the style and flair of the turn of the century, the large Mohnzuzler family has set up shop on the historic Dreifaltigkeitsplatz - from Mohnzuzler confectionery to Mohnzuzler wedding cakes.
An adjoining restaurant and coffee house offer seating for 180 people, while the pub garden seats 110. Coaches are just as welcome here as cyclists and motorcyclists.
