The name already gives it away: Hot food is also served here. And the barbecues are prepared directly on the open, vinewood-fired grill in the middle of the restaurant. The vines provide that incomparable spiciness, that certain something in the taste that you shouldn't miss out on! Regionality and seasonal balance are also particularly important, i.e. there is lamb at Easter, asparagus in May, apricots in July and goose in November - and certainly not everything at all times. Daughter Christine runs the wine tavern, while her sister Johanna, a trained oenologist, is in charge of the cellar and produces the exquisite wines.
