Right on the Heiligenstein, one of Austria's most famous vineyards, in the Zöbinger wine cellar lane, stands the wine tavern of brothers Bernd and Karl Baumgartner. The original wine cellar has been converted, extended by an annexe and spruced up both inside and out. The attention to detail can be felt in every nook and cranny. You can also taste the high quality of the food. The hotel's own hunting grounds supply the kitchen with game, which is processed into the most delicious specialties, such as game salami, game pâté and game liver cheese. With so much epicurean pleasure, the really good wines should not be overlooked! No wonder: in 2015, the "Baumbart" was declared the winner of the top wine taverns in Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German).
