Schaumuseum "Alte Huf- und Wagenschmiede"

The Foam Museum "Alte Huf- und Wagenschmiede" is housed in one of the oldest houses in Gmünd and is unparalleled in Austria. The blacksmiths worked here for well over 350 years and until 1934. The main activity of the blacksmiths at that time was shoeing hooves and shaping wooden wagon wheels. You can experience this old craft up close again at the show forging on selected dates in summer.
