The Egon Schiele Trail brings the world artist to life in a new way.

The Egon Schiele Trail in Tulln offers an interactive tour of the most important sites of his childhood. On the 3.6 km long trail, visitors learn exciting stories, such as Egon's drawings that went up in flames and why the Schiele family left the station. Historical pictures, audio texts and videos make the trail a fascinating experience for the whole family. The tour starts at the main station and takes about 90 minutes.

Public transportation by train & bus:
The journey with the S40 or the regional express (REX) from Vienna Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof takes approx. 20-40 minutes and from St. Pölten approx. 70 minutes. You can find the current timetable here.
Public bus lines (Postbus, Bahnbus, Regionalbus, Wieselbus, Rundlinien-Verkehr) will also take you to your destination.
