The Lambert Freudhofmaier family estate has been cultivating vines in harmony with nature since 1785. The grapes are sweet and spicy and ripen full of fruit and aroma. In this 370-year-old manorial cellar, valuable wines mature from them. The vaults, weighing tons, protect the beautiful oval wine barrels. Artfully carved figures of saints for certain guilds adorn the oval wooden barrels and give the cellar its name and a very special atmosphere.
