The Roman Catholic parish church of Kammersdorf stands in an elevated position in the east of the village and is surrounded by a cemetery. The parish church, dedicated to St. Bartholomew, is a listed building. On the high altar is an altarpiece depicting the martyrdom of St. Bartholomew by Josef Neugebauer from 1853. The high altar is flanked by statues of St. Peter and St. Paul. On the left side altar is a late Baroque crucifix between statues of St. Mary and St. John the Evangelist. On the right side altar is an altarpiece of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary with the side figures of St. Joachim and St. Anne. The ceiling and wall paintings are by Ludwig Mayer; the choir depicts the Creation, the Nativity and the Last Judgement, while the ceiling of the crossing shows Christ as the Judge of the World. The organ was built in 1854 by Joseph Loyp and has a specification of 18 stops with Hauptwerk, Rückpositiv and Pedal.
