Very relaxing, very calming, very slowly we sharpen all our 5 senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch) and become one with the forest.
Bathing in the forest air is not a hike or a walk, but a very slow, conscious movement in the forest with breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, smell and taste experiences, as well as touch elements with our hands, feet and skin. Through targeted mindfulness exercises and with the help of all our senses, we experience and discover the forest together. Relaxation and breathing exercises help you to find inner peace and balance, reduce stress and recharge your batteries.
