The freely accessible Xundwärts-Parcour is located near the Hausschachenteich pond in Weitra. The Motorikpark® has many exercise stations which help to improve coordination skills (orientation, control, balance, reaction and rhythm) as well as agility, strength, speed and endurance.
At all stations there are simply explained signs showing how to perform the various exercises. The concept of the Xundwärts-Parcours was developed by sports scientist and LA national coach Dr. Roland Werthner and is intended to lead to better health and quality of life.
