The Diendorf farm cheese dairy is best known for its excellent buffalo camembert and mozzarella. Owner Robert Paget owns a herd of buffalo and goats.
He produces the finest dairy products according to organic guidelines: Buffalo mozzarella (around May to September), buffalo and goat camembert, cream cheese and other seasonal cheeses, as well as sausage and ham from the farm's own animals.
Robert Paget offers cheese courses every month. Opening hours: Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 18.00.
